I really love this recipe and have made it more times than I can count but the balsamic always gets sooo Smokey. Fire alarm goes off every time lol.

This was super easy and so delicious! My husband would it more often! I did double the olive oil balsamic vinaigrette recipe to really coat sweet potatoes and broccoli. Otherwise, exactly the same!, yummy!!

Good combo but nothing special. I used raw brats, cut the sweet potato smaller and threw everything in the pan at once cooking for 15 min.

Made this tonight and it was delicious. A nice meal to have after having a really big lunch earlier in the day or the previous day. It was light and tasty. I put a little bit of spicy brown mustard on my bowl, tastes great!

So we made this tonight, followed directions to a T well it didn’t turn out so well for us. Burned the potatoes and the broccoli. We even sprayed the pan with canola oil.

Made this for dinner tonight, and it was really delicious. I’m a vegetarian, so I made it with Field Roast Apple Sage sausages. It turned out really well! My meat eater boyfriend had spicy beef sausages with his. He is a man of few words, and exclaimed “This is delicious!” after the first bite. I’d say this is definitely a hit in our house.

I didn't use balsamic vinegar and also added yellow onion. Super easy and delicious!
